Experiential Processing & Integration (EPI)

A different way of understanding healing

EPI is a relational, experiential, and
body-based approach to healing.

Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behaviors, we work with what’s happening in the present moment, in your body, your emotions, and your internal experience.

This allows what’s been held back, avoided, or pushed aside to be felt, processed, and integrated.

What is EPI?

In this work, we slow down.

We begin by noticing what’s happening right now, not just what youthink about your experience, but what you feel.

As we do this, patterns begin to emerge - ways of relating, responding, and protecting yourself that were often formed earlier in life.

These patterns aren’t something to fix.

They are adaptations, ways your system learned to navigate and stay safe.

And safety is essential in this process.

Because when you begin to feel safe enough,
your system naturally starts to return to what needs attention,
to the places where something was lost or never fully supported.

How it Works

Healing unfolds in a spiral, where each return brings more awareness, compassion, and a deeper sense of coming home to yourself.

The Spiral

The 7 Foundational Truths

Experiential Processing & Integration is rooted in a set of foundational truths, ways of understanding healing that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

Healing is a spiral

We return to familiar places with greater awareness and capacity

Healing happens in connection

We heal through safety, attunement, and relationship

The body is designed for healing

When the conditions are right, the system naturally moves toward restoration

The Body Holds The Map

The body carries the pathway toward what is ready to be felt and integrated

Healing asks us to release the need to know

Letting go of control creates space for deeper healing to emerge

Feelings seek completion

Emotions are processes that want to move, resolve, and integrate

All parts are worthy of love and acceptance

Every part of you is a meaningful and adaptive expression

If something in you is ready for a different way,
this work offers a space to begin.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
We can start right where you are.
